Virgie Doesn't Quit!

Her estranged mother had mounted an 11th-hour attempt to prevent the burial taking place. With just 30 minutes before the service was due to start, Virgie Arthur went to a Nassau court seeking an injunction to allow her to take her daughter's body back to her native Texas for burial.
But in an emergency hearing the request was denied.
Miss Arthur then arrived at the church more than 40 minutes late - to boos from the crowd of celebrity watchers gathered outside.
