He's a Lawyer... I bet he can find a way weasel out of this one! Will he do the right thing?

Hello: Thats what I'm wondering. How will it affect his claims, if he's a no show? Re: the other poster re: extradition. I can find a treaty online between the US & Bahamas re: criminal extradation.

I don't see anything re: civil matters. But then he was ordered to appear. If he doesn't, that could be considered contempt of court & that is criminal.
I wonder if the FL court will be able to enforce the CA court order to provide DNA?

He can't testify via closed circuit t.v. or phone because the other side would not stipulate to it.

They are demanding that he be in court, so he has to be there, in the flesh.

Hopefully, the Judge will have enough control over the proceedings to keep the questioning on task -- getting Anna buried next to her son.

If he left the baby to go buy a Yacht, he can leave the baby to testify as to what Anna's 'Intent' was for burial. Otherwise the body will go to the next of kin. If he really loves Anna he'll show up.
If he's more concerned about the $$, he won't. It's that simple.

It should be that simple, but things are rarely as simple as they appear. I hope he does show up. I'd like to see him in court. Some lawyers on tv are saying by showing up he might be served with papers requesting his DNA or Dannielynn's but that's really not the issue. The issue is who is Anna's body going to be released to for burial.

He's going to have to face the rest of it sooner or later. Hopefully sooner than later.

I wonder if he has any income currently. I wonder since her death if all of her accounts/investments/lock box etc. have been sealed?
The bank locks everything down. I think he needs to show up.

I think HK$ had a hand in Anna and Daniel’s death directly or indirectly. Even if he just supplied them with the drugs that’s enough to get him on criminal charges and depending on the details, even murder. I’ve been watching all the drama unfold on TV and online and I have to say, the more I read the more I think HK$ is guily.
